Sales Retention Agent in FOREXCFD English German or French speaking

A leading financial services company is seeking a Sales Retention Agent who is fluent in English French or German and has experience in the Forex and CFD industry. The position is based in their Athens office.

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions

Tasks

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert highquality leads into longterm customers
• Increase the probability of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the utmost level of service at all times
• Remain knowledgeable about the financial markets

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German or French (both oral and written) along with English proficiency (at least B2 level)
• Prior experience in Forex & CFD Industry retention is a prerequisite
• Proficiency in computer usage
• Ability to work under deadlines and targets
• Strong management and mathematical skills
• Exceptional skills in handling objections
