Sales Representative Climate-Tech Start-up Software

Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions covering solar storage charging and heat pumps. With 150 B2B customers and strong investor backing were scaling up and need a motivated Software Sales Representative to help us grow.

Tasks

• Engage with B2B clients (solar installers utilities car dealers) from sales to software implementation
• Use various channels for customer acquisition including calls trade shows and online
• Handle sales meetings and support our digital marketing and sales strategies
• Help expand Reonic by planning and starting new projects and partnerships
• Stay updated on industry trends to serve our customers better

Requirements

• Are motivated to drive change in renewables
• Can learn quickly and aim for high achievements
• Are flexible hardworking and bring your best effort
• Experience in software sales in corporate or startup environments (proficeny in hubspot is a plus)
• (Optional) Hold a university degree in economics engineering informatics or similar fields
• Are fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus)
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
