Overview

Calling all recent undergrads or post graduates (2019 - 2022) to fulfil an essentialfull time role within Kaizen Reporting.We are looking for Sales Operations Specialists to manage both the on-boarding process for any new clients as well as to support sales and clients.

Being the individual who would bridge the gap by managing numerous key stakeholder connections, both internally and externally, you would be the glue that binds it all together.This is the position for you if you believe yourself to be extremely organized, analytical, focused, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, and have a ton of ideas and initiative.


Key activities and responsibilities

Oversee the onboarding of clients by;
Liaising with Relationship Managers to provide improvements in the client on boarding process
Ownership of client on boarding process
Liaising with client on onboarding steps
Ownership of on boarding documentation
Reviewing on boarding documentation to ensure completeness
Working closely with clients to ensure completion of all relevant on boarding steps
Ensuring all client updates are managed and tracked in the CRM software


Support the Sales team by;
Capturing clients and relevant client information and details in our CRM software
Analysing and interpreting data present within the CRM software
Producing sales presentations for the Sales Individuals
Drafting of Know your client documentations and RFP/RFI responses
Coordinating of legal documentations, e.g. MSA, SOW and NDAs
Producing cost proposals for clients
Updating all contact information for clients
Working with Sales individuals to suggest and implement sales process improvements



Requirements


Qualifications/Training

A STEM graduate or relevant previous work experience within finance, sales, or client facing roles.

Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (as you will be dealing with clients)
Basic mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
Ability to adapt well to change.
Languages (preferably French)
Some knowledge about financial services/ instruments will be beneficial

Experience
Previous experience using a CRM tool and techniques would be beneficial e.g Salesforce
Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships all at levels
Experience of effectively managing multiple tasks and delivering in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
Track record of implementing new ideas and challenging the status quo
Experience working in
financial services or sales would be advantageous.
