Job Description

  • Collecting understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers.
  • Organizing and filing information.
  • Studying tenders/ enquiries technically and create a supplier list that suits and matches the end users requirements.
  • Send request of offers to suppliers and evaluate the received offers and that they are matching to the tender/ enquiry requirements.
  • Prepare cost sheets (cost analysis) and preliminary profit statements.
  • Offer preparation with all the details related to technical and financial information.
  • Attend tenders and report back with a full overview on competitors offers.
  • Maintain the lowest price and highest service to provide the correct products to the customer and maintain the project profit margin.
  • Maintain and follow up the purchase orders for procurement of material and services.
  • Work across multiple departments including field operations to coordinate and update the status of sales projects until delivery to customer.
  • Assisting the sales team in representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences seminars etc.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet clients needs
  • Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience.
  • B.Sc. of Engineering.
  • Experience in the marine field is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills are a must.
  • Competent computer skills are a must.
  • Project Management skills are a plus.

Personal Skills:

  • Precise meticulous organized personality.
  • Sense of responsibility and followup.
  • Selfeducating capacity through reading research and internet browsing.
  • Technical sense.
  • Interpersonal skills ability to operate in teams.

Knowledge Required:

  • Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of finance concepts.
  • Budgeting and costing experience.
  • Good understanding of diesel engines and propulsion theory is a plus.
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
