Job Description

- Call customers to explain products, offers and product packages ( through up selling & cross selling) to encourage purchases.
- Reach the company targets in terms of products selling and confirmation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure customer confirmation on the purchased products and maintain their data on the system.
- Answer customers' questions and resolve the received complaints along with the relevant department as needed.
- Call customers on a regular basis to measure their satisfaction and expectation.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and packages.
- Support, motivate and train other sales team members when needed.
