Overview:

The Sales Manager at our WFH (Work From Home) Edtech company plays a vital role in driving the companys sales efforts and revenue growth. This position is critical to the organization as the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developing and executing sales strategies and driving customer acquisition and retention in the everevolving Edtech industry.

Note: This is equity based role only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Identify key growth opportunities and market trends in the Edtech sector
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching for the sales team
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors activities
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Edtech industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
  • Indepth knowledge of the Edtech industry and its competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in using sales productivity tools and software
