Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the school. You will work closely with the schools leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the school
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and other sales techniques
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Conduct market research and stay uptodate on industry trends and competition
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
Represent the school at industry events and conferences
Provide regular reports and updates to the schools leadership team
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the education industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the education industry and local market trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
