Job Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners distributors and stakeholders across diverse Asian countries
• Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competition to identify growth opportunities and recommend product adaptations.
  
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a multinational brand in the Asian market focusing on increasing market share and revenue
  
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotional activities
  
• Provide regular reports and insights to the global sales leadership contributing to the overall business strategy
  

Requirements:

• Proven success in commercial sales within Asia ideally in multinational brand sales or related industries
  
• Indepth knowledge of the Asian market dynamics consumer preferences and regulatory landscapes
  
• Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with key players in the retail and distribution channels
  
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt global strategies to regional nuances
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  

Salary range: INR 20 LPA commission
