Required Sales Head Solar PV Industry

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team in the solar PV industry. As the Sales Head you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the solar PV industry.
  2. Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance support and training to maximize their potential and performance.
  3. Establish sales objectives quotas and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals and monitor team progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion leveraging industry trends customer insights and competitive intelligence.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders representing the company as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
  6. Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product development and operations teams to drive product innovation enhance customer value propositions and optimize sales processes.
  7. Stay abreast of industry developments regulatory changes and emerging technologies providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to executive leadership highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Lead by example through active participation in sales activities customer meetings and industry events fostering a culture of excellence integrity and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  2. 45 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles preferably in the solar PV industry or renewable energy sector.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and empower individuals to excel in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
  5. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach and a focus on building longterm relationships.
  6. Proven analytical abilities with the capacity to analyze market data identify trends and develop actionable insights to inform decisionmaking.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite for sales tracking reporting and forecasting purposes.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry conferences and visit regional offices.
