Our client who is a diversified financial company that offers a bouquet of services in investment asset management financial advisory and other wealth management services
Job responsibilities
Manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients
Schedule visits or meetings with clients within sales territory
Monitors competition by gathering current market information on rate cards products new products etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on cluster and customer.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain a regular calling or contact schedule with companies to identify more leads or resolve any problems that arise with existing client
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Plan and execute 2 activation meetings monthly
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent
12 years cognate experience
Computer use competency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
