For our Client a leading health and wellness brand with a focus on noninvasive cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. With a rapidly growing presence in Bangalore we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales Executives to engage with potential clients drive sales and ensure an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

Job Description:
As a Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales . You will be responsible for acquiring new clients booking appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to client retention making their preferred destination for wellness and cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients who express interest in their services.
  2. Articulate the benefits of our services and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  3. Build and nurture leads through professional communication and persuasive sales techniques.
  4. Book appointments for new and existing clients based on their preferences.
  5. Understand and convey the range of services offered.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  7. Maintain a high standard of communication quality and professionalism.
  8. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client engagement.
  9. Provide a personalized and valuedriven experience to clients.
  10. Contribute to client retention and reactivation efforts as needed.
  11. Uphold a professional and enthusiastic image of the client.


Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 24 years of experience in sales preferably in a customerfocused role.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasion and engagement.
  3. Strong sales orientation with a commitment to delivering value to clients.
  4. Familiarity with Bodycrafts services and locations (training will be provided).
  5. Ability to follow and execute established Standard Operating Procedures.
  6. Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  7. Goaloriented and a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
  8. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and maintaining quality communication.
  9. Prior experience in customer retention is a plus.
  10. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary in the range of 3.6 to 4.5 lakhs annually.
  • Additional incentives ranging from 15000 to 30000 or more per month based on performance.
  • Training opportunities and the chance to grow within the organization.
  • Dayshift working hours with the possibility of adjustments based on client lead patterns.
