We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business leads building strong client relationships and closing sales deals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy to meet and exceed company targets
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling email and marketing campaigns
  • Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics that are not limited to but including 50 outreaches per day and at least 20 Sales Qualified Leads (SQL s) per month.

  • At least 2 years relevant prospecting and/or B2B selling experience required
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in sales tools
  • Familiarity with CRM software



- At least 2 years experience in a similar role - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Excellent research skills - Proficiency in the use of CRM and data mining software - Strong organisational skills - Ability to take initiative and work with little or no supervision - Strong verbal and written communication skills
