We are in pursuit of an enthusiastic and driven individual to become an integral member of our dynamic team as an HR Sales Executive. In this role as a HR Sales Executive you will be responsible for our business success by discovering and tracking new sales prospects negotiating deals and surpassing business expectations. You will be expected to turn leads and prospects into paying clients. The role reports to the Business Development Lead.

Summary of Responsibilities:


Sales Prospecting:

Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels.

Setting up meetings with prospective client.

Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client.


Relationship Management:

Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.

Identifying key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships


Product Mastery:

Mastering the understanding and presentation of our products and services to potential clients.

Skillfully conveying the value proposition to potential customers.


Sales Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both.

Achieving the closure of sales deals and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Market & Trend Analysis:

Building and maintaining competitive set knowledge for the HR consulting market and demonstrating deep market knowledge.

Performing Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on competitive positioning current trends and comparable sales/pricing target market advertising plan and create a sales strategy based on this information.

Ability to analyses local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.


Reporting:

Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities and customer information.



Requirements

3 years prior sales experience in HR consulting is required.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business or related field.

Experience in B2B marketing good sales prospecting negotiation and deal closing.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Handson experience with CRM software is a plus.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Ability to generate sales leads.

Possess interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with prospects and existing customers.

Must possess good writing and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.

Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Good organizational and time management skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products industries and sales techniques.
