Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Our client a leading multinational corporation headquartered in Austria operates in the renewable energy sector with a focus on biodiesel production from used cooking oil. With its Indian branch located in Mumbai the company is committed to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship. As part of its expansion plans in India we are seeking dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team as Field Sales Officers.

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Officer you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring clients who can supply used cooking oil for our biodiesel production. Additionally you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure longterm partnerships. This role requires frequent travel within the designated city territory therefore owning a twowheeler is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prospect potential clients including restaurants hotels catering businesses and other establishments generating used cooking oil.
  2. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion and stay updated on industry trends.
  3. Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure a steady supply of used cooking oil.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including operations and logistics to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of raw materials.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and reports to clients and management as required.
  7. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  9. Provide timely feedback to the management regarding market trends client preferences and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  2. A non graduate or any graduate can also apply.
  3. Proven experience in sales preferably in the renewable energy or environmental sector.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated city territory.
  8. Possession of a valid twowheeler license and owning a twowheeler vehicle.
  9. Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in the designated city.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Fluency in local languages and English is preferred.
