Venair Group a pioneering engineering and manufacturing entity specializing in silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for highdemand sectors including food & cosmetics pharmaceutical biotechnology and aerospace is seeking a Sales Executive B2B.

Established in 1986 Venair boasts a remarkable global presence with 33 sales branches across Europe Africa Asia and America alongside 3 manufacturing centres employing over 350 individuals worldwide.

The ideal candidate will drive B2B sales initiatives leveraging our innovative custom solutions to meet diverse customer requirements.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the Chemical Manufacturing industry renowned for its commitment to innovation and quality.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B customers in the food & cosmetics pharmaceutical biotechnology and aerospace industries
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers showcasing Venairs products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Biotechnology Chemicals or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in chemical manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
