Our client, a mid-size law firm in Boston, is seeking a Private Client Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to deliver quality legal services by providing administrative assistance to our Trust and Estates, Domestic Relations, and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Groups.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be extremely organized and efficient, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills including Outlook and Word are required. This position involves extensive client contact and interaction with family and probate courts.
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably legal or accounting; display attention to detail; a customer service orientation; ability to work well in teams; a proactive work ethic; and the ability to multitask.
