Job Description

  • Craft and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead sales team providing guidance for achieving targets through coaching and mentoring.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective gotomarket strategies for new products under the leadership of the Commercial Director.
  • Identify opportunities and trends in the software and digital solutions industry.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies for profitability in the market.
  • Manage the sales pipeline ensuring high conversion rates and shortened cycles.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams for a seamless customer experience marketing
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the sales budget optimize ROI on marketing spend and forecast expenses.
  • Represent the company at industry events for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in the sales team through high standards and coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruiting training and developing top sales talent.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in sales activities.



Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration; relevant experience in MENA markets considered.

  • Previous experience as a sales executive sales manager or sales and marketing director

  • 5 years in software/digital solutions sales leadership achieving revenue growth targets.

  • Strong business acumen understanding industry trends challenges and opportunities.

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).

  • Leadership analytical organizational and time management skills.

  • Problemsolving negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong collaboration adaptability and networking skills.

  • Resultsoriented work ethic with a positive attitude and high energy.
