- Presale’s experience of managing Medium to complex size of BIDs/Proposals/Solutions/RFP Responses.
- Deep Telco domain understanding focusing on Aggregation set of products including VAS and DCB SDP, USSD, OBD, SMART SMS, IVR, Credit loan, RBT….
- Good understanding of Voice-Based Solution/Call Completion including Missed Call Alert, Self-Care IVR, and other call services.
- Well verse with Bid Process and standards, capability to create winning bids and proposals.
- Technical proposal and compliance, Able to Manage customer workshop/Presentations and Demos.
- Well-versed with the latest trends of Digital Telco Transformation trends, Cloud-based offerings, SaaS & PaaS models/solutions.
