Sales Development and Operations Manager


Defining RTM strategy & leading transformation agenda & initiatives to deliver bestinclass channel growth and Productivity.


About the job:


  • Partner with relevant RSMs to deliver the yearly targets through having an action plan which includes infrastructure requirements to achieve volume growth profitability & productivity results.
  • Act as a functional partner for Zone Transformation Projects.
  • Develop RTM plans that will step up the sales efficiency & optimization improve sales route planning & deliver on the RTM KPIs & strategies across all channels & regions.
  • Define annual & longterm pipeline for productivity & develop plans to enhance sales organization effectiveness.
  • Responsible for Direct & Indirect sales trucks productivity utilization & load efficiency to guarantee a lower cost to serve budget with the support of the financial planning team.
  • Collaborating with Supply chain in network optimizations (favorable DC locations returns warehouses ...).
  • Enable sales orders and its delivery to demand team in addition to measuring their accuracy.
  • Act as focal point between sales & IT to maintain clean master data.
  • Custodian of all commercial metrics dashboards monthly reporting & tracking of progress collation of quarterly results for the management & build right systems & routines to publish reports for the commercial team.
  • Identify growth mapping opportunities in market supported by a business case & deploy resourcing execution plans to drive benefit realization & identify the infrastructure required for the expansion phase.
  • Drive digitization and sales cycle automation agenda.
  • Overlook and direct sales capability agenda via developing frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive business performance.
About you

8 to 10 years of experience in the Sales Development/ Route to Market experience.
