Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Coordinator role located on-site in Amman. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating sales efforts, and providing operational support to the sales team. Their day-to-day tasks include generating sales reports, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and monitoring inventory and pricing.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience 2 years in Sales and Marketing
- experience in marketing agencies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
