Job Description
• Create an uplifting experience for our Customers Talk with and listen to Customers to learn more about them
• Provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Advise customers on quality, cuts, and/or value of jewelry and gemstones and assist in selecting mountings and/or settings for gemstones
• Display merchandise and promotional materials in accordance with store merchandising plans
• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• Perform basic housekeeping, such as vacuuming carpet, cleaning display surfaces, cleaning merchandise, and cleaning windows and counters
• Participate in the inventory process
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and Estimate jewelry repairs
