The area account and sales manager serves a strategic goal of managing and nurturing business relationships with key existing and new diversified customers or clients in an assigned area. It involves identifying and understanding customers’ industry, needs, developing customized waste solutions and communicating regularly to acquire customers and build loyalty. The role handles customers’ accounts, ensures its positive performance in the market, and increases sales and profit of waste management services. The area account manager serves as the main contact person of a customer. Through this person, a customer can have all the information needed about the account and how it is performing.
