Job Description:
As a Sales & Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the cement and heavy industry. The ideal candidate will possess 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in cement and heavy industry operations. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is required, project management experience/certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical assessments and inspections of equipment and machinery.
- Conducting sales activities for range of products and services related to cement plant machinery.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
- Perform inspections for critical components such as bearings, gearbox, and steel structures, ensuring their proper functioning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions to clients.
- Read and analyze mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Offering technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads through excellent customer relationships and technical expertise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, project management experience is a plus.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in the heavy industry, with a preference for candidates experienced in cement and mining.
- Familiarity with maintenance tasks for raw material conveying machines, preferably experienced in heavy machine installation and commissioning.
- Proficiency in inspecting bearings, gearbox, steel structures, etc.
- Leadership skills to lead and supervise a maintenance team.
- Ability to work in dusty environments and remote areas.
- Proficient in reading and analyzing mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of business transactions and procurement cycles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
