Job Description:

As a Sales Agent for our personal development company you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers: Communicate effectively with customers via phone email or online chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Sales generation: Use sales techniques to promote our products and services and achieve personal sales targets.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and address concerns.

Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights support each other and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Selfmotivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
