Responsibilities:
• Issuing a report for the number of maintenance operations or installations for each governorate to help in knowing the volume of sales in the governorates.
• It issues a report on the types of maintenance and spare parts used to analyze usage and forecast market requirements.
• Determine the minimum and maximum limits of all the company's products (spare parts or products) to ensure that customers' requirements are satisfied.
• Reviewing the data of merchants and maintenance representatives (number of operations) to complete the financial settlement operations.
• Performing call data analysis (number of calls – average waiting, etc.) to help determine the level of customer service staff.
• Ensure that the company's devices are closed to ensure confidentiality of work information. Disclaimer
• Maintains clean workplace on a daily basis in accordance with the company's policies.
• Carrying out any other related tasks as needed and assigned by the direct manager or the higher management.
