Hybrid - 1 day per week from the office, on average

Tasks

  • Account Management works with local Business Development Managers/Regional Sales Managers who make regular customer calls to maintain strong in-country business awareness. Understand the partner's business, how they fit into the company's ecosystem, and the challenges they may face.
  • Support relevant Business Development Managers/Regional Sales Managers in their decision-making process with key objectives to ensure partner satisfaction and maximize sales.
  • Pricing - Assist the Commercial Manager with any special requests and ensure all pricing is communicated correctly
  • Order/Channel Management - Sets the right parameters to ensure the customer operations team eliminates overstock and channel exposure issues. Escalation point for the COS team if a decision cannot be reached.
  • Product Launch Execution - Assist the business management team in the successful execution of product launches. It provides a source of feedback to continuously improve this process.
  • Channel Inventory and Promotions - Work in coordination with the Business Management and Business Development teams to help manage our channel exposure. Identify slow selling products and/or overstocks at both Tier 1 and Tier 2 partner level and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinates with business development teams and business management to ensure promotions are properly planned and executed effectively to maximize our investment. Tracks promotions, sales assurance and invoicing to complete claims. successful execution of product launches. It provides a source of feedback to continuously improve this process.

Requirements

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 1-2 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
  • Proficient in English; any other European languages are a plus, but not mandatory.
