Job Title: RSM South region
Location: Bangalore

At Prasuma we are looking to employ a driven and experienced RSM to identity and develop new customers and develop distribution channels within an assigned geographical area (South Region) .You should be committed to driving sales and developing longterm relationships with customers. Also demonstrate exceptional analytical problemsolving and customer service skills at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify market potential in order to establish new accounts develop and manage an efficient distribution networks for sales
2. Implement processes in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects and develop sustaining longterm relationships with customers
3. Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume value and market share in the assigned regions
4. Regularly monitor and analyse sales data to understand the gap and opportunities & build plans basis that
5. Collect customer market and competition data to help provide feedback and sales insights
6. Identify both struggling and successful sales policies and explore ways to improve on Sales Metrics.
7. Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness as needed
8. Interview and train new sales employees and overseeing other on boarding tasks as needed
Who we are looking for:
1. 1012 years of relevant experience required preferably in FMCG Food Industry.
2. Proven sales experience and knowledge to General Trade as well as Modern Trade including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
3. Strong negotiation and sales skills with an ability to communicate across different levels. Experience with customer service and good problem solving skills.
