The Relationship Officer/Manager is tasked with acquiring new customers for mortgage/home loans products for the NBFC. The role primarily involves building and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers to promote the companys mortgage products and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proactively acquire new customers for mortgage products offered by the NBFC.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with prospective customers.
  • Actively promote and showcase the benefits of the companys mortgage products to potential clients.
  • Engage with customers through various channels such as meetings presentations and site visits.
  • Execute marketing and branding activities to enhance visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Source leads within the target market and effectively manage lead generation activities.
  • Ensure efficient handling of documentation processes related to customer acquisition.
  • Focus on achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding mortgage products and processes.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.


Min. 1 years of experience into financial products sales, open market vertical (mortgage experience is preferred); Must have atleast 15-20 DSA in portfolio
