Our client is seeking to hire a dedicated Room Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms according to established standards.
   
2. Changing bed linens replacing towels and restocking guest room amenities.
   
3. Vacuuming sweeping mopping and dusting guest rooms and common areas.
   
4. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
   
5. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
   
6. Adhering to all safety and security protocols and procedures.
   
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
   
8. Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry
   

Requirements

Requirements:

• Certificate in Housekeeping and Accommodation.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the hospitality industry.
  
• Training in the hospitality industry.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
  
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
