Position Registered Nurse Home Health
Location San Luis Obispo CA 93401
Facility Wilshire Health and Community Services
Shift: Day 5x8Hour (08:00 Am 17:00Pm)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Pay $3000/week on W2
Breakdown $35/hour $1600/week (Allowance)

Requirements:
- RN Home Health/ Hospice
- CA License in hand
- BLS/ CPR required
- Oasis exp required
- Previous HH exp required
Responsibilities:
- Provided initial assessments of psychiatric patients in their home and assisted living facilities.
- Coordinated care with patients their families their primary physicians their psychiatrists and the home health companies.
- Provide acute care and case management for psychiatric patients with a broad range of psychiatric and geriatric disorders.
- Maintained comfort and quality of life and alerted physicians about changes in patients condition
- Provided continuous and precise assessment of patients pain and comfort levels.
