Risk Advisory |FRR - Business Growth l Senior Consultant

Leadership Capabilities:

* Ability to summarize complex data to an executive audience, as well as the ability to dive deep into the details with other analysts and specialists

* Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization

* Highly independent and capable of multi-tasking and executing on multiple project channels simultaneously.

Qualifications:

* Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or any other related business studies

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives

* Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization

* Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure

* Possess strong project management and time management skills.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language, Arabic is advantageous.

*Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data analytics - responsible for performing data analysis, utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data

* Provide industry and client specific business processes by offering clients recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives

* Proactively seek opportunities and identify initiatives around brand positioning

* Working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop technical proposals

* Ability to navigate multiple commitments on a regular basis to balance tasks across various client commitments

* Daily communication with senior team members and peers

* Addressing requirements and tasks raised by senior team members

* Prepare and analyze performance reports for industries and accounts to support business growth

* Ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies

* Conduct industry market and client analysis
