- Execute comprehensive customer Base management strategies that align with business objectives, including market research, target market identification, and campaign planning to stand on the best revenue generating tactics and implement accordingly.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss performance challenges and remedial plans vs voice of customer needs
- Communicate, monitor and maintain performance standards
- Ensure resolution of escalated customer queries and complaints through different platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of customer Base management initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve customer Base management strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on customer Base management performance, opportunities, and challenges.
