Resilience Programming Trainer

Individual and Organizational Staff Support: Provide in-person and remote mentoring for project partners on resilience. Consult with human rights organizations and project team members to assess, develop, and implement staff support practices, policies, and structures aimed at fostering both individual and organizational resilience. Support individuals and organizations in developing and implementing trauma-informed capacity-building plans aimed at strengthening their resilience in the face of adversity. Provide brief supportive (tele)mental health and psychosocial interventions to individual project partners as necessary. Conduct periodic site visits, if conditions allow.

Integrated Program Development: Ensure progress of resilience-related programming and activities to ensure achievement of projects’ goals and quality of services provided. Work closely with internal and external team members, including other experts, to design an integrated and collaborative approach to project implementation, to respond to evolving project and partner needs, to recommend changes in project activities as necessary, and to support implementation of project adaptations. Foster a culture of exchange and knowledge-sharing among partners; promote collaboration among all stakeholders, facilitate communication, and serve as a project liaison who upholds the organization’s values.
