- Understanding the client business issues that are prompting the research request.
- Preparing proposals that address the research need.
- Designing the questionnaire, to be used in fieldwork.
- Analyzing the results with the client’s business issue in mind.
- Preparing and writing reports.
- Presenting research findings to clients.
- Throughout the project lifecycle, servicing clients and working closely with them to ensure all their research aims are met.
