Remote - Kundensupport - German Customer Support

As a technical support representative you will help customers in any situation and resolve their concerns or escalate them to higher levels of support. Support is provided via incoming calls chat and email in German.

Your tasks:

• Processing customer inquiries in German;
• Customer contact via telephone chat and email;
• Processing inquiries from corporate customers (B2B);
• Assistance with questions about programs such as Acrobat Reader Captivate Creative Cloud Dreamweaver Framemaker InDesign Photoshop Presenter and much more.
• Technical troubleshooting;
• Customer Account Management.

The companys current programs include wellknown names such as Acrobat Reader Captivate Creative Cloud Dreamweaver Framemaker InDesign Photoshop Presenter and much more.

What you need:

• Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
