Remodeling Technician

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and assessing projects to determine the scope of work
• Executing remodeling tasks including carpentry plumbing electrical work and painting
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinating with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
• Utilizing hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Repairing or replacing damaged fixtures furniture and structures
• Completing projects within specified timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals
• Conducting quality inspections and making necessary adjustments
• Documenting work progress and maintaining accurate records
• Following safety protocols and using protective equipment
• Training and mentoring junior technicians as needed
• Keeping uptodate with industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in remodeling construction or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry plumbing electrical work and other remodeling tasks
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to interpret blueprints schematics and construction plans
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
• Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to quality workmanship
• Detailoriented approach and a commitment to precision
• Valid drivers license and a reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
