Job Title: Relationship Manager( Associate Director Level)

Location: Shenton Way Singapore

Job Description;

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including investment managers brokers banks and insurance companies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing insights and guidance on clearing and securities services including equity and fixed

income products OTC derivatives rates FX credit equity and commodities.

• Understand clients business objectives and tailor DTCCs solutions to meet their needs driving value and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales product management and operations to deliver integrated solutions and resolve

client issues.

• Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory developments and market changes to provide proactive support and guidance to clients.

• Drive revenue growth through crossselling and upselling DTCCs products and services.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in client interactions and engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.

• Extensive experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry with a focus on clearing and securities

services.

• Indepth knowledge of financial products and markets including equity fixed income OTC derivatives and regulatory reporting

requirements.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining longterm client relationships and driving revenue growth.

• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
