Salary: £126000
Type of Service: Transitioning from traditional nursing to complex care
Qualification: RMN or RGN
Contract Type: Permanent

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their nursing home which is transitioning to a specialist complex needs care home based in Clapham London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider expanding its specialist care division in the London region through acquisition and commissioning.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a threestage format.
- Stage One – Video call interview with the Head of Recruitment
- Stage Two Video call interview with the Operations Director
- Stage Three – Inperson presentation with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within a specialist complex needs care home
- Ideally a Mental Health Nurse – but consider a Registered General Nurse with significant complex care experience
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
