- Must have handled a minimum of 25 to 30 crore per month Business volume in the present organization
- Maintaining and increasing sales of companys products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Must be currently working in FMCG - Food
- Current / Last Job must be in Bangalore
Requirements
- Current volume of Business Handled: Min of 25 to 30 crore per month
- FMCG - Food Experience only
- Current or Last Assignment must be in Bangalore
- Must be handling GT Market
