Vacancy Regional Sales Manager (financial services company)

Our client who is a diversified financial company that offers a bouquet of services in investment asset management financial advisory and other wealth management services
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for total GDL business management in the region
Identify and acquire new customers while upselling to existing bases across the region.
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and organizations for growth and retention.
Lead regional sales teams to achieve targets fostering high performance aligned with set KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals ensuring a sustainable sales pipeline.
Conduct market research competitor analysis and analyze regional market trends.
Represent the company at regional events trade shows and manage sales budgets and expenses.
Attend at least 1 activation meeting monthly
Key Requirements
Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Strong track record of success with prior experience in a regional sales role (preferably in the financial services or FMCG space)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Solid and credible relationships with key decisionmakers in the region
Highly goaloriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage seniorlevel relationships
