- Master s degree (or a combination of Bachelor s degree and relevant work experience) in research methodologies, monitoring, and evaluation, statistics, development studies, international relations or gender studies Training or qualification in knowledge management learning for influencing, research methodologies, and/or monitoring and evaluation systems
- Demonstrated work experience in knowledge management, impact measurement and learning, preferably in GBV Protection sector
- Proven capacity in designing and delivering effective knowledge management and learning strategies
