Role Description
- We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based In Amman, Jordan
- The Regional Marketing Manager will develop, Implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives across assigned markets
- Supervise the marketing team and analyze information about market trends in the coverage area.
- The Regional Marketing Manager will also manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, medical, and digital marketing while leading and mentoring local teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the same field.
- Marketing, strategy, and leadership skills
- Experience in marketing pharmaceutical or consumer health products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; additional language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a higher in Marketing and business administration is a plus.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting is a plus
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
