We are looking for a skilled Regional HR Officer for Mad Monkey Indonesia

You will be involved with all programs and services within the HR Department which are related to HR Administration documentation staffing employee services engagement programs audit compliance training and development for Mad Monkey Indonesia You will support the Regional HR Manager to drive operational excellence in HR function to meet the expected results in alignment with the Companys growth objectives

YOUR ROLE REQUIRES
  • HR Operations and Services You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and Hostel Manager to ensure HR policy and guidelines are wellinformed and executed Daytoday spot checks and provide advisory service and employee assistance to the team
  • Engagement Build team relationships and resolve employeerelated issues to reach workplace harmony and high team engagement Moreover to build good relationships and engagement with intergovernments agents and partners
  • Reporting Perform various HR reports within the hostel level and assist the Regional HR Manager in completing the monthly and yearly HR reports as required

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Administration
  • Oversee the personnel records HRIS documentation and database and ensure each hostel has the same standard of filing and data organizing while all documents are uptodate and ready to use
  • Prepare and oversee employment contract administration to ensure every new member receives and signs the employment contract
  • Oversee and consolidate leave entitlement of employees and ensure the data is fully tracked
Recruitment
  • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
  • Ensure the job announcement are placed on the companys website social media job websites universities and partner organizations and where to increase the employer branding and image
  • Build applicant sources by maintaining work relationships with recruitment agencies partners etc to ensure supportive resources for recruitment activities
  • Maintain the internal database of the organization including but not limited to updating recruitment logs
Employee Relations
  • Work closely with Regional HR Manager to perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare such as resolving human relations issues and workrelated problems promoting employee health and wellbeing as well as offering counseling services to team members in a hostel level regarding work family or personal problems
  • Support in labor relations including with unions and shop stewards representatives
Training and Development
  • Make sure all new hires will receive the Induction Program
  • Conduct training for employees and ensure well execution of the training and development program at the hostel level as per plan
Compensation &#x Benefits
  • Assist Regional HR Manager in preparing monthly staff payroll including Social Security
  • Keep and treat all payroll data in a very highly confidential and very strict manner
  • Prepare employeerelated letters and documents when it is needed
  • Ensure the employees insurance is well tracked purchased and renewed and assist employees in insurance claims when needed
Engagement Programs
  • Assist Regional HR Manager in preparing employee engagement programs such as staff parties team building town hall CSR and other employee engagement programs as per the yearly calendar and companys plan
SKILLS &#x QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven years experience in HR and Administration
  • Must be fluent both written and verbal in English
  • Exposure to Indonesian labor law and employment equity regulations with effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices payroll practices
  • Creative innovative wellorganized and detailoriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be adept at problemsolving including being able to identify issues and resolve problems promptly
  • Has the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multitasks
  • Willing to learn flexible and can work in a fastpaced environment
