- Prepare and take minutes of HSS meetings .
- Support with organizing HSS and Access-related events, including workshops and seminars including first aid training and others as assigned .
- Conduct security assessments for newly identified apartments.
- Maintain the HSS training stock inventory.
- Raise procurement requests for necessary items and ensure they are purchased in timely manner relate to HSS department .
- Conduct security briefings and inductions for new staff and visitors.
- In coordination with the regional security advisors, draft and distribute relevant security advisories.
- Support in the context monitoring.
- Contribute to drafting relevant security plans for MENA Regional Office premises.
- Coordinate with admin team in ensuring NRC infrastructure are compliant.
- Maintain HSS share point pages and trackers up to date .
