Enhance internal controls and systems to safeguard the assets of country offices
•
Ensure application of policies contained in the Overseas Finance and Administration Manual, Procurement Manual, and other manuals and policies related to finance and administration.
•
Ensure each country team has a comprehensive partner monitoring system and ensure follow up on any areas of improvement.
•
Evaluate robustness of financial management systems and to ensure compliance with donor requirements, and/or international accounting standards for country offices and partners.
