Job Description

- To verify the referral cases in terms of the approval process, supporting document, and payable amount
- To work as a focal person with the donor in terms of securing required pre and post-approvals for ECC cases.
- To follow up on audited cases and liaise with the relevant health facilities to settle down the final payable amount.
- To coordinate between the health facilities and audit team to resolve any disputes in terms of payable amount.
- To process the closed cases to finance for final payment with all required documents
- To do scanning, filing, translation from Arabic to English or vice versa, when required
