- Coordinate the daily tasks for Paramedic and ambulance drivers.
- Organize and coordinate all referral transportation movements and schedules in cooperation with referral office, ambulance drivers and focal points in the hospitals.
- Provide the finance department in documentation relevant to transportation.
- Maintain an adequate tracking system for vehicles and drivers’ movements that includes destinations, login/out and passengers on daily basis.
- Follow all emergency and elective medical cases transferred from the camp to hospitals with focal points.
- Create systematic process for ambulance supplies, equipment and medications check.
- Insure that all documents are ready before sending patients and insure that summery of patient condition is available when receiving cases from the hospitals.
