Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a professional capacity whether selfemployed or with a professional company
• Familiarity with the basic fundamental functionalities of major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Excellent phone and communication skills both on calls and via Zoom

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Engage in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom
• Develop marketing strategies across various platforms
• Generate leads through social media (Facebook LinkedIn etc.) (Guidance provided)
• Reach out to candidates via phone and conduct structured interviews (Training and scripts provided)
• Provide information to suitable applicants
• Conduct followup appointments to arrange online Q&A sessions
• Mentor and collaborate with new clients offering a range of support and training
• Expand and cultivate a successful online presence through diverse marketing methods
• All work is 100% remote
