Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

• Work within a team to handle the Hiring process for both blue and white collars (responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone , Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedback.)
• Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and hourly up to date.
• Conduct Scope meetings with technical teams to assure the agreed criteria.
• Responsible for finding suitable candidates using Selah ElTelmeez sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
• Responsible for increasing Selah ElTelmeez recruitment channels and attending registered employment fairs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor`s Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same position. (Industrial background is preferred)
• Comfortable with a high volume of recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal English language.
• Working well under pressure.
• Very good ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
