- End to end Technical talent acquisition within defined TAT & new joinee retention in support of business unit goals
- Implement talent acquisition strategies in close coordination with hiring managers and Business leaders
- Writing effective job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ensure that recruitment budget & per hire cost is controlled and maintained as per Annual operating plan of Business Unit
- Responsible for Job postings on various social media platforms, jobsites , headhunting , sourcing, screening ,maintaining competition analysis, following the interview matrix, administer technology specific assessment tests, interview matrix , reference checks, offer & joining follow-up.
